Above Ground Splash
Affiliate & Price Disclaimer
Above Ground Splash publishes pool-product reviews, comparisons, buying guides and maintenance advice to help above-ground pool owners make more informed decisions.
Some of the links on this website are affiliate links. That means we may earn a commission if you click one of those links and make a qualifying purchase, at no additional cost to you.
As an Amazon Associate I earn from qualifying purchases.
Our participation in affiliate programs does not determine which products we recommend or how we evaluate them.
Price & Availability Details
Some product reviews on Above Ground Splash include a Price Box that uses product information supplied through Amazon's Creators API.
Where Amazon provides a current price, we may display that price together with information such as availability, seller, list price or savings.
Product prices and availability are accurate as of the date/time indicated and are subject to change. Any price and availability information displayed on Amazon.com at the time of purchase will apply to the purchase of this product.
Prices shown on Above Ground Splash are retrieved through Amazon's Creators API and may differ from the price a specific customer sees on Amazon.
The Amazon API returns pricing based on a default in-marketplace shipping address. The price you personally see on Amazon may therefore differ depending on factors such as your location, delivery address, seller or available offer.
Why a Price May Not Appear
Sometimes our Price Box will show See current buying options rather than displaying a price.
This can happen for several reasons, including:
-
Amazon is not currently returning a Featured Offer for that product;
-
the product price is restricted by a manufacturer's Minimum Advertised Price policy;
-
that particular product listing is not accessible through Amazon's Creators API;
-
current price or availability data is temporarily unavailable.
Amazon's Creators API returns Featured Offer information rather than every offer available on a product page. That means other sellers, used offers or alternative buying options may still be available on Amazon even when our Price Box does not show a live price.
For that reason, the View on Amazon button is always the best place to see the latest buying options.
Amazon Affiliate Links
When you click an Amazon link on Above Ground Splash, it may contain an affiliate tracking code.
If you make an eligible purchase after clicking one of our affiliate links, Above Ground Splash may receive a small commission from Amazon.
This does not increase the price you pay.
Affiliate commissions help support the cost of running the website, researching products and maintaining our pool guides.
Amazon does not sponsor, approve or endorse our reviews or recommendations.
How We Recommend Products
Our product recommendations are based on factors such as:
-
manufacturer specifications;
-
system flow and sizing information;
-
product features and compatibility;
-
maintenance requirements;
-
buyer feedback and common ownership issues;
-
comparison with similar products;
-
suitability for above-ground pool owners.
Where possible, we also compare products against the practical sizing approach used throughout Above Ground Splash rather than relying only on the maximum pool size printed on the box.
Affiliate commission rates do not determine which products are selected as our recommendations.
Product Information Can Change
Product specifications, model numbers, packaging, availability, sellers and features can change over time.
We make reasonable efforts to keep our content accurate and up to date, but product listings may be updated by manufacturers or retailers without notice.
Always check the current product listing, manufacturer instructions and compatibility information before purchasing or installing pool equipment.
This is particularly important for items such as pumps, filters, replacement cartridges, hoses, adapters and filter media, where compatibility can vary between models.
